We honeymooned in Dave’s beautiful home July 3-9, ’22, and had the most perfect stay. The home is exactly as pictured—stunning views, a constant breeze, every creature comfort you could possibly want, a well-stocked kitchen, grill, coffee maker, ice maker, A/C, beach supplies, and bonus points for a TV in the bedroom. Dave couldn’t have been a more kind and hospitable host. We fell in love with Coral Bay and appreciated the island’s quiet side. We hope to have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home again! Huis Aan Zee comes with every modern household amenity such as Smart TVs, fast and reliable internet connection, a modern kitchen with all the latest fancy appliances, and air conditioning. You will find everything of the highest, premium quality and in perfect condition to allow you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Depending on your mood, you and your family can enjoy your meals indoors in the grand kitchen or outdoors next to the beautiful swimming pool. We designed the resort to offer you the perfect view of the famous Caribbean sunrise. The only thing stopping you from watching it is the comfort of the King-size Serta iComfort bed. The Master Suite on the lower level comes with amenities like a Smart TV, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. For those booking with three or four total guests, the home’s main level provides a Queen-size Tri-Fold Murphy bed with Memory foam mattress (additional fees apply), along with a private bath with a stunning outdoor shower. Please note there is a charge of $200.00 for the use of the bed when only two people are renting Huis
No children under the age of 14 are allowed at Huis Aan Zee because the beds are on different home levels connected by an exterior staircase, which is not suitable for children. The laundry room will only be provided to guests who stay at our resort for ten days or longer. There are no exceptions, sorry. Upon reaching our beach house, you will find two baths, hand towels, and washcloths per person. You can count on us to provide beach chairs, towels, and a cooler to keep your drink nice and chilly. You must rent a vehicle if you wish to stay at Huis Aan Zee, preferably a Jeep Wrangler or Ford Bronco. Upon the confirmation of your reservation, please get in touch with a car rental company and secure yourself a suitable vehicle. The best choice will be a 4WD, as it will ensure you can easily and safely navigate the bumpy roads on the island, especially during a rainy day. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to call for an Uber or Lyft on the island of St. John, and the local safari taxis will not traverse the roadsides. For your vehicle needs, we highly recommend Courtesy Jeep Rental.
Please note that the driveway/parking space has a NEST camera installed that records the video but not any audio.
